Shipping Policy — RHIOUMA
At RHIOUMA, we work with limited drops, and each order is prepared manually. Therefore, our processing and shipping times may vary depending on the order volume for each release.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving purchase confirmation.
During launches, limited drops, or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer. If there is a longer-than-expected delay, we will contact you by email.
2. Shipping Method
We currently ship within the United States using postal services available at the time of dispatch.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
3. Estimated delivery time
Once dispatched, the delivery time depends on the postal service and the final destination.
For shipments via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS reports an estimated time of 2 to 5 business days, but that timeframe is not guaranteed by the carrier.
For this reason, the total estimated delivery time for RHIOUMA is usually 4 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.
4. Tracking update
After we hand the package over to the post office, the tracking number may take between 24 and 48 hours to reflect movement.
5. Shipping address
It is the customer's responsibility to correctly enter the delivery address at the time of purchase.
RHIOUMA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to help you correct it.
6. Packages marked as delivered
If the carrier's tracking shows that the order was delivered, RHIOUMA does not offer an automatic refund or replacement.
In that case, we recommend:
verify the address entered
Check mailbox, entrance, reception, or secure delivery location
consult with neighbors or people in your household
Please allow an additional 24 hours in case the package was scanned before final delivery.
Contact USPS to open an investigation if appropriate.
RHIOUMA can help by sharing shipping information, but does not guarantee a refund or replacement on orders marked as delivered.
7. Lost or delayed packages
If your package doesn't arrive and isn't marked as delivered, you can initiate a missing mail search with USPS. USPS allows you to submit a Missing Mail Search request and, for certain insured shipments, a claim.
In those cases, RHIOUMA will be able to help you with the necessary order information.
