By using this website and making a purchase at RHIOUMA, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of the launches
RHIOUMA primarily works with limited drops. This means that certain products may sell out quickly and not be available again.
2. Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
Even if an order has been received, RHIOUMA reserves the right to cancel it if an error occurs in inventory, price, payment, or security validation.
3. Order confirmation
The confirmation email means we received your order, but it does not guarantee that it has already been shipped.
Final confirmation of shipment occurs when you receive your tracking number.
4. Shipping times
If RHIOUMA publishes an estimated processing or delivery time, that timeframe is a reasonable estimate based on our current operations. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you. The FTC requires sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised timeframes and, if they cannot meet them, to manage the delay with the customer or refund the unshipped order.
5. Packages marked as delivered
Once the carrier marks the order as Delivered, RHIOUMA will not be responsible for losses resulting from theft, loss after delivery, or problems at the place of receipt.
However, we can help by sharing the necessary information so the customer can follow up with USPS.
6. Use of the site
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and designs, belongs to RHIOUMA and may not be used or reproduced without authorization.
7. Colors and images
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but some colors or details may vary slightly depending on the user's screen or device.
8. Prices
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
RHIOUMA reserves the right to change prices, products or availability at any time.
9. Cancellations
We only accept cancellations if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once prepared or handed over to the postal service, the order can no longer be cancelled.
